Privacy Policy

This policy describes what this site collects, what it does not, and how advertising will work. It will be updated before any advertising or analytics service is switched on, and the date of the current version will always appear on this page.

Current version: October 9, 2026.

What this site collects

In its current form this site is a set of static pages. It runs no accounts, no comments, and no tracking scripts of its own. The hosting provider may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies in its current version. When advertising begins, third party advertising partners may set cookies in your browser to serve and measure ads, as described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the content of this site remains readable with cookies blocked.

Advertising and Google AdSense

This site plans to display advertising through Google AdSense. When AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet, and to measure ad performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's ad settings, and you can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services on Google's own policy pages. Ad slots on this site are labeled "Advertisement."

Third party links

Reports link out to listing portals, data sources, and archives, including Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor. Those sites run under their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If the site adds analytics or advertising, this page will be updated first, with the version date changed, so the policy always matches what the site actually does.
